With just 23 employees, it generated over RMB 50 million (approx. $7 million) in annual revenue. In 2025, the company filed for an IPO with the SEC, aiming to list on Nasdaq, backed by its strong performance across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.

Flagship titles such as Chronicles of Wei, Shu and Wu, Immortal Bond, and Floating Myth tap into Chinese-style strategy gameplay and have gained traction in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. In FY2024, revenue doubled year-over-year, with self-developed games contributing 27%—a dramatic increase from just 0.1% the previous year.

Original IP On the Rise, Profitability Improved

目前黑瞳科技已上线18款游戏,其中2款为自研、12款为授权代理,其余为联合运营。随着自研游戏营收比重持续提升,公司整体利润结构更加健康。2025年上半年,其平均每名付费用户(ARPPU)从15.97美元上升至20.5美元,月活跃付费用户达7.1万人。

Of the 18 titles launched, two are self-developed and 12 are licensed. As the share of original IP continues to grow, profitability improves. In H1 2025, the average revenue per paying user (ARPPU) rose from $15.97 to $20.5, with monthly paying users hitting 71,000.
